Acceptance of these Terms

By booking a trip with Caribbean Escape, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings are made through our website and confirmed by us via WhatsApp. Payment is arranged directly with you after booking, through a secure payment link. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Age & Guest Requirements

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests are expected to follow the captain's instructions for the safety of everyone on board.

Check-in

Please arrive on time for check-in. If you're running late, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can let you know if it's still possible to join.

Conduct & Safety

Please follow your captain's safety instructions at all times. Misuse of alcohol or drugs that puts the safety of guests or crew at risk may result in the trip being ended early by the captain, at your own cost. Drugs are not permitted on board.

Weather

Your safety comes first. If we need to cancel your trip due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you'll get a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer. This decision is made by the captain.

Changes to Routes or Timing

We may need to adjust your trip's route, timing, or departure point due to weather, sea conditions, or safety. We'll always let you know as soon as we can.

Liability

All guests take part at their own risk. Please follow your captain's safety instructions at all times. Caribbean Escape and its crew are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip, except where caused by our own negligence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website is always the most current one.
