Need to cancel or reschedule? Just message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can.

More than 48 hours before your trip: full refund, or reschedule for free.

Within 48 hours of your trip: no refund, but we'll do our best to help you reschedule to a later date.

No-shows are treated the same as a late cancellation.
